1. Who we are

The Polish-language version of the website tiedot.info (the "Website") is operated by Tiedot sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Grzybowska 87, 00-844 Warszawa, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001200096, kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP 5273187224, share capital 5 000 zł ("Tiedot", "we"). Tiedot sp. z o.o. belongs to the Tiedot Yhtiöt Oy group (Finland). You can contact us at polska@tiedot.info.

2. Scope of these terms

2.1 These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses the Website (a "Visitor"). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

2.2 The Website contains general information about Tiedot and its products and a sign-in page for our services.

2.3 Customer agreements prevail. Access to and use of Tiedot's services after signing in (the "Services") is governed by the separate agreement between Tiedot (or another company in the Tiedot group) and the customer (the "Customer Agreement"), including any general terms, service descriptions and price lists forming part of it. These Terms of Use do not replace or amend any Customer Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the Customer Agreement prevails.

3. Information on the Website

3.1 The content of the Website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of applicable law, and it is not legal, financial or other professional advice.

3.2 Product descriptions, features, prices and other information may change at any time without notice. Binding terms for our Services are agreed only in a Customer Agreement.

3.3 We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or current.

4. Sign-in and user accounts

4.1 Only persons who have been granted access under a Customer Agreement (a "User") may sign in. User accounts are created and managed in accordance with the applicable Customer Agreement.

4.2 Users must keep their credentials confidential, must not share them with others and must notify Tiedot or their own organisation's administrator without delay if they suspect unauthorised use.

4.3 Tiedot may suspend or restrict access to the sign-in area if we reasonably suspect misuse, a security risk or a breach of these terms or the Customer Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Website you must not:

use the Website in breach of applicable law or third-party rights;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the Services, our systems or other users' accounts;
interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on it;
copy, scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the Website by automated means without our prior written consent;
reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Website or the Services, except where permitted by mandatory law;
provide or transmit unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, software and databases, is owned by Tiedot or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial information purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

7. Third-party links and services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Tiedot is not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

8. Availability and technical requirements

8.1 We provide the Website "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue the Website or any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.2 Using the Website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Some features may not work with outdated browsers or restrictive settings.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiedot is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or from reliance on information presented on it.

9.2 Liability relating to the Services is determined solely by the Customer Agreement.

9.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

10. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our separate Cookie Policy.

11. Feedback and complaints

Feedback, questions and complaints about the Website can be sent to polska@tiedot.info. Please describe the matter and provide your contact details. We aim to respond within 14 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Website with its effective date. Changes take effect when published. Continued use of the Website after publication means that you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

13.1 These terms are governed by Polish law.

13.2 Disputes with businesses shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over Tiedot's registered office.

13.3 If you are a consumer, the competent court is determined by the general provisions of law, and these terms do not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of law, including the law of your country of residence. A consumer may also use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims, for example through a municipal or district consumer ombudsman.

14. Language version

These terms are drawn up in Polish and apply to the Polish-language version of the Website. The other language versions of the Website are operated by Tiedot Yhtiöt Oy under separate terms.
